This role involves significant walking throughout the facility, averaging 7-8 miles per day, and frequent use of stairs. Associates will also assist with box assembly and general warehouse organization as needed. Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities: Accurately pick and pack products using handheld scanner devices. Assemble boxes and prepare items for shipment. Maintain consistent pace and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment. Walk extensively throughout the facility, including stairs. Ensure all items are handled safely and accurately. Follow all safety and warehouse procedures. Work overtime as desired while maintaining attendance for primary shift. Minimum Requirements: Previous warehouse, production, or order fulfillment experience preferred. Ability to walk long distances (7-8 miles per day) and climb stairs regularly. Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment. Skills Required: Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable and motivated to work overtime.
