Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Assist in deep cleaning projects as required, including industrial cleaning tasks when necessary. Skills Proven experience in cleaning and housekeeping roles is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is essential. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable. Strong janitorial or custodial experience will be considered an asset. Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
