Job DescriptionOur well-known beauty client is seeking an Artwork Project Manager to support their global artwork development process. This position is central to ensuring brand visions are translated into compelling, market-ready packaging and communications, leveraging the efficiencies and capabilities of their artwork management platform. This Artwork Project Manager will be a key liaison, facilitating seamless collaboration between marketing, creative teams, local markets, and external partners to bring innovative products to life visually.This is a 40hr / week, hybrid role that requires going onsite to a NYC office 3 days a week.Requirements:- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (BFA, BA, or AAS) in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related creative field is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. - Professional Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or creative project management, ideally within the beauty industry, with a strong preference for experience in the professional beauty segment (hair color, hair care, and/or hair styling). - Artwork Development Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of the artwork development lifecycle, from concept to production, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics, brand consistency, and meticulous attention to detail. - Digital Artwork Platform Proficiency: Proven experience or strong aptitude for working with digital asset management (DAM) systems and artwork lifecycle platforms; direct experience with TAG or similar systems for workflow management, asset upload, and approval processes is a significant advantage. - Brand & Omni-Channel Presence: Experience in maintaining and evolving a consistent and comprehensive brand presence across diverse communication channels and markets. - Project Management & Execution: Robust project management and planning skills are essential, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize effectively, and meet stringent deadlines. - Agility & Problem-Solving: Ability to make informed decisions quickly, proactively identify and solve problems, and adapt to evolving project requirements in a dynamic global context. - Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly and concisely. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build and nurture relationships with diverse international internal stakeholders, local market teams, and external agencies/vendors. o A collaborative mindset with proven ability to foster consensus and drive decision-making among various cross-functional teams. - Technical Proficiency: Computer literacy in Windows operating systems, MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required. TAG Digital Artwork Proficiency is a Must. - Strategic Facilitation: Ability to effectively translate DMI marketing strategies and creative briefs into actionable artwork development plans, liaise between creative and business teams, and facilitate the end-to-end creative process. - Global Acumen: An understanding of global market nuances and the ability to apply this knowledge to artwork adaptation and localization this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
