Our team isresponsible for coordinating production planning,managing inventory, and ensuring timelydeliveries to meet customer needs.What You Will Be DoingAs the Manufacturing Planner Associate, you willbe responsible for driving production planningand inventory management efforts to meetprogram requirements. Your responsibilities willinclude:• Developing expertise in SAP and Apriso tooptimize production planning.• Coordinating with cross-functional teams,including supervision, operators, and internalcustomers.• Managing inventory, including new partrequests, and monitoring consumable material levels.• Providing program health information tocustomers and internal stakeholders.• Analyzing production data to identify areas forimprovement.• Collaborating with the Make Part Controller tocoordinate kit releases and resolve partshortages.• Maintaining and monitoring productionplanning and control (PP&C) metrics.• Collaborating with Supply Chain Stakeholdersto determine time-phased plans for procuredparts.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college inOperations Management, Supply ChainManagement, Business Management, IndustrialEngineering, or related field.• Strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking/prioritization skills.• Valid driver’s license.• Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau ofAlcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives(“ATF”) background check to obtain approval tobe an “employee possessor” (of explosives orother ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATFregulations. Failure to obtain and retainemployee possessor status may result inrevocation of an offer and loss of employment.• Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Desired Skills:• Supply chain or manufacturing/productionoperations experience. Experience controlling and handling inventory.• Working knowledge of SAP and Apriso WM.
