As the Spa Manager you will establish and maintain the standards of the Spa etiquette and service in all interactions with guests and staff. Consistency and understanding when implementing the Spa and the Fairmont business objectives, as they relate to operations, finance, human resources, marketing and health & safety is imperative. Executing the business objectives and verbiage to all employees is ongoing, whilst also ensuring that all financial, operations, and marketing opportunities are maximized in alignment with the Spa & Fairmont goals.What you will be doing:Maintain current knowledge of all spa services, pricings, offerings, schedules, specials and other services provided at the spaAssist and coordinate onboarding of new hiresStaff Schedule ManagementAssist Principal Therapistand Lead Aesthetician with regular training and education schedule for all staff, collaborating with vendor repsAssist with monthly inventory/orderingProduct usage oversightSpacleanliness and maintenance oversightColleague follow up including coaching and counseling and documentationPerform both opening and closing MOD shifts as scheduledAssist with handling payroll duties with accuracy adhering to timelinesPractice professionalism in every situation with management, guests, and employees treating each person with respect and integrityOther tasks and duties assigned by Spa DirectorQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Experience working in the spa industryPositive attitudeKnowledge of Book4time and Microsoft office software is an asset.Good communication skillsCommitted to delivering a high level of customer serviceFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situationsAbility to work on your own or in teamsAdhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess grooming guidelinesConstant standing and walking throughout shiftAdditional InformationSalary Range:$70,000 - $80,000 USDVisa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
