SmallHD Kitting Associate Manufacturing Cary, North Carolina full-time Description Do you have excellent attention to detail? SmallHD designs and manufactures cutting-edge display products for both the independent filmmaker and cinema industry. Our monitors are being used worldwide to consistently provide creative professionals with real-time confidence in their image. SmallHD products are known for their durability, premium display quality, and incredible user interface. What will I be doing? You will be assembling and packaging accessory inventory to be shipped with our monitors from the production line. A typical day might include the following Labeling and stocking material quickly and accurately Accurately kit incoming orders in a fast-paced stockroom environment Accurately enter data into our ERP system for stock locations, quantities, and kitting Proper packing of delicate instruments and larger, bulky items in accordance with documented procedures General light building maintenance (cleaning work area, taking boxes to dumpster, etc) Kit all components for production builds, working off of Bill of Materials (BOM) and issuing parts to work orders. Pack items securely in bags and boxes Perform quality check on items during packing process Count and record quantities being packed Audit kits for accuracy Other duties as required Requirements Qualified candidates must have Has received High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year stockroom experience is preferred Ability and desire to perform physical work, be able to pick and pack products ranging anywhere from 5lbs-50 lbs. Ability to read, write, and follow written and spoken instructions carefully Must be able to communicate clearly and efficiently Ability to learn and follow all safety requirements and perform job in a safe manner at all times. Familiar with Microsoft Office Programs and Google (G Suite) applications Self-Starter with a strong work ethic (must be able to pivot to other tasks between kitting/stocking/receiving/maintenance) Ability to adjust to last-minute priority changes Ability to work well with others in a team environment Has a very high attention to detail Is able to take constructive criticism Prior experience using ERP systems preferred Bilingual: Spanish and English is preferred.
