Job Description

Works closely with the 414 LIFE Program Director to provide oversight and support for the daily operations of the 414 LIFE program. Under the direction of the Program Director, the Program Operations Manager will manage training, professional development, and quality control for program implementation, data management, and evaluation. In addition, the Program Operations Manager will facilitate the development and evolution of program protocols and standard operating procedures. This role will also oversee the collection and use of data to inform program activities and improvement.Primary FunctionsSupport the management and oversight of daily 414 LIFE program activities in collaboration with 414 LIF Program Director and SupervisorsDevelop and manage processes and systems to support daily program activities. Support the recruitment, screening, onboarding, and training of 414 LIFE program staff.Coordinate the development of program materials including program orientation manual, marketing materials, websites, forms, evaluation, and reports.Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of program data in partnership with the Program Director and CIC Division of Data and Informatics.Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to program operations.Manage the execution of internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events as directed.Manage training and professional development for program staff in coordination with Program Director and Program AdministratorServe as a liaison on behalf of the Program Director as directed.Ensure accurate program data and progress are collected, maintained and reported to program stakeholders.Work with Program Director and CIC Department Administrator to ensure compliance with program grants, budgets, contracts, and partnershipsSupport program innovation through research and dissemination of national best practices, reports, toolkits, and other relevant information.Participate on internal and external committees and working groups relevant to the advancement of the 414 LIFE program Preferred Schedule: M-F, 1st Shift hours, with flexibility for nights and weekends work Position Requirements: SpecificationsAppropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basisMinimum Required Education: Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum Required Experience: 6 yearsField: Social Service, Nonprofit, Violence Prevention, Public Health, Community Engagement Why MCW?Outstanding Healthcare Coverage, including but not limited to Health, Vision, and Dental.
