We are a team of innovators tackling difficult problems and building products. Key Job Responsibilities Evolve, up-level, and scale the Digital Signage brand. Produce and deliver a range of creative assets to fuel the Digital Signage s growth, including campaigns, launches, ads, events, content, print, and sales enablement materials. Create short-form video content and animated GIFs to bring products and big ideas to life. Conceptualize and craft industry-leading brand campaigns to grow awareness of and affinity for Digital Signage. Uphold and advocate for brand standards with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teammates, and outside vendors. Keep up-to-date on current design methodologies and B2B marketing trends. Surrounding Team and Key Projects To fuel the growth of the Digital Signage business and support new OP1 initiatives, we need to produce and deliver a range of creative assets including ad campaign creative, content, sales enablement tools, event creative, and more. Basic Qualifications Been part of an in-house brand creative team. Strong design strategy leadership generating ideas, setting direction, and driving towards business impact and outcomes. A high degree of proficiency with both design and collaborative tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, and Slack. A strong track record of soliciting and actioning feedback, successfully working with cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering projects on-time at a high bar. Exceptional attention to detail and a pixel-perfect approach to design. Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, effectively manage time, and clearly communicate progress. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Degrees / Certifications And Experience Required Been part of an in-house brand creative team. Strong design strategy leadership. Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, and Slack. Excellent communication and time management skills.
