The incumbent will be involved in SAP development activities for Public Finance., , These SAP activities include:, , , , Cash and investment management, , , , SAP project systems for debt authorization and debt outstanding tracking to bond ballot proposition authorizations with Department level breakout at the project level, , , , Investment and cash activities for SAP related activities, , Other duties and functions include, but not limited to:, , , , Downloading information from the Municipality's investment management system (currently Sympro), , , , Statements and activity reports from all banking services providers and related information from the General ledger (currently SAP) and reconciling these three databases on a regular basis, , , , Researching, resolving and correcting discrepancies, , , , Researching market values for all securities as needed, including securities that do not have readily available market values
