This position involves operating radio frequency (RF) welding equipment to produce high-quality vinyl products according to detailed specifications. Key Responsibilities:• Read and interpret shop cards and drawings to ensure accuracy in production• Lay out and position pattern pieces to meet graphic and dimensional requirements• Use RF welding, heat welding, adhesives, or cements to assemble products• Mark products for reinforcement panels and correct sizing• Move materials to and from machines and ensure proper handling of components• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Skills & Requirements:• Prior experience operating manufacturing or welding equipment preferred• Ability to read and follow detailed written or oral instructions• Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve within standard procedures• Comfortable standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs frequently (up to 100 lbs occasionally)• High school diploma or GED required 3 Ways to Apply:Call: 319-277-6603Apply Online: /WaterlooIAVisit: 2320 University Ave, Waterloo, IA 50701
