Job Title: Warehouse Manager Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will ensure inventory accuracy, optimize order fulfillment, and maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment. This role is crucial in supporting our commitment to excellent customer service and timely delivery of fire protection supplies. Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order picking. - Maintain accurate inventory records of products such as fire extinguishers, sprinkler parts, tamper seals, valve stems, hoses, nitrogen, fire hoses, hooks, pull pins, covers, cabinets, quick seals, vehicle brackets, gauges, hole punches, and O-rings. - Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods. - Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. - Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy. - Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, promoting a team-oriented culture focused on efficiency and quality. - Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast inventory needs and ensure product availability. - Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse. - Utilize warehouse management systems and tools to track and manage inventory and order status. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role within logistics, distribution, or supply chain management. - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency with warehouse management software and MS Office Suite. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Knowledge of fire safety equipment and regulatory standards is a plus. Compensation:Pay is DOE (Depending on Experience).
