Developer Role and ResponsibilitiesYour specific duties will be based upon your experience as a UI/UX Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering UI for products in accordance with WonderBotz standards and best practices. You will work closely together with our enthusiastic team of both business and technical specialists. You will be part of a fast-growing and successful team that helps our clients get the maximum benefit.Expected Activities:Participate in workshops and interviews with business process SMEs to gather, confirm and document business requirements. More senior developers will lead these workshops and interviews.Define, design and develop illustrator wireframing and UI for clients applications and in-house products.Participate in design and configuration sessions and apply feedback to improve and enhance work products ensuring high quality of website responsiveness. More senior developers will lead these sessions.Work-alongside automation/RPA and .Net / Web developers to enable the integration of the UI to the .NET / Web applications with client / in-house products.Qualifications and SkillsMust have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite programs, e.g., Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Flash & Flex to mockup UI elements.Must have experience building responsive web/App design to create applications that automatically conform to multiple screen sizes/devices.Must have conducted usability testing to identify and fix UI issues, and gather real-world intelligence from target users.Must have used social network APIs (from Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) to integrate social actions.Must have used visual aids such as wireframes, storyboards, and UI flow charts, to plan and present user interface designs.Should have a passion to keep current with the latest trends and best practices of UI/UX design and HCI (human-computer interaction).Has at least 6 years of experience as a .NET Developer or Application DeveloperHas at least 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applicationsShould have mastered hand-on design and development using C#.NETMust have proficiency with the framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patternsMust have experience using jQuery, Client Object Model, and Service-Oriented Architecture and web development frameworks (AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery)Has strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, MVC, Design patterns and SOLID principles and a good understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable applicationShould have a basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workaroundsShould have the ability to provide SEO solutions for single-page appsShould have deep knowledge of AngularJS practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experienceShould have experience writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when neededShould have experience validating user actions on the client-side and providing responsive feedbackShould have experience creating custom, general use module, and components which extend the elements and modules of core AngularJSShould have experience with all levels of operation available to the front-end, such as from creating XHRs in vanilla JS to using a custom wrapper around $resourceShould have experience with building the infrastructure for serving the front-end app and assetsShould have Implemented automated testing platforms and unit testsShould have a good working knowledge of code versioning tools (TFVC and GIT)Should have familiarity and exposure to CI/CDHas an understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology and frameworkHas good knowledge and exposure to AZURE CloudDesired characteristics in candidatesEffective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesAnalytical and proven problem-solving skillsHigh Emotional IQEmbraces challengesTeam-orientation rather than an individual contributorCompensation and start datesHiring now for immediate startSalary: Competitive base and bonus determined by level and experienceBenefits: Healthcare, relocation, vacation, holidays WonderBotz is an
