Description Overview We are currently looking for an Insights & Analytics Manager - Customer Teams to join our team. This role is location flexible but must be willing to travel to Northwest Arkansas and to see other customers. Be the subject matter expert and evangelist to tirelessly and relentlessly represent voice of shopper and consumer. Serve as a strategic business partner to Customer Teams, primarily the Walmart Inc. team. Willing to challenge legacy thinking, drive new insights approaches, and offer a point of view as a business leader, not just an insights leader. This role will enable turning data into actionable insights so we can move to business results faster. Scope of the Role Provide thought leadership and actionable insights in collaboration with stakeholders at the customers, on the customer teams, and partner internally to Perrigo. Surface actionable insights and analytics to further promote data-driven decision-making organizationally. Work with all customer-facing functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to develop a deep understanding of target shoppers & consumers. Help build selling stories to accelerate the growth of our customers’ and Perrigo’s joint business. Be an expert in current data sources, including (but not limited to) Circana, Kantar, Mintel, Customer databases (i.e. Scintilla), and bespoke research. Ability to use common analysis tools is a must and AI capabilities preferred. Able to utilize new technologies like AI and other data science capabilities to speed moving data to action. Build the reports and external partnerships needed to maintain understanding of consumer, shopper and market trends. Manages the knowledge necessary to educate and embed shopper, consumer and customer insights into Perrigo’s go to market strategies. Independently own end-to-end creation of insights presentations from storyline through final edits for external and internal value creation. Experience Required Typically, these skills are obtained with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics/Statistics, Data Science, or closely allied field (Master’s degree preferred) along with 8+ years of proven performer experience in an Insights position within CPG industry - healthcare/self-care experience preferred. Experience in Data Science or AI is a plus. Experience working directly with CPG retail customers and in the health care industry preferred. Experience in shopper & consumer research methods, activation of insights and development of business implications across the full path to purchase. Prior experience utilizing AI to fuel better insights and speed of action ideal. Demonstrated ability to work across many teams to drive outcomes with insights particularly in a matrixed environment. Superior communication skills and the ability to visually tell a story and advise business partners as the voice of the shopper and consumer. Ability to multitask several projects at once with strong project management skills. Experience in facilitating ideation based on insights preferred. Store Brand experience a plus.
