JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently seeking an Executiveof Healthcare Industry Solutions to join our team in Newark, New Jersey (US-NJ), remotely.NTT DATA is seeking a Healthcare Provider Industry Solutions Executive to lead strategic initiatives within the Healthcare Provider segment. This role is pivotal in leveraging NTT DATA’s 50 years of healthcare insights and advanced technologies to transform client organizations and drive the future of healthcare. The successful candidate will build trusted relationships with clients, account teams, and key members of our Client Growth Office, serving as a catalyst for innovation and technology-driven change.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution & Offering Development: Translate industry trends into actionable solution offerings, aligning NTT DATA’s and partner capabilities to deliver high-value propositions for healthcare providersClient Engagement: Support sales efforts with a focus on C-suite discussions, actively contributing to go-to-market strategies and serving as a subject matter expert in client engagementsIndustry Thought Leadership: Represent the Healthcare Provider brand in the market by creating thought leadership pieces, participating in industry forums, and sharing insights and innovations with clients and teamsMethod Integration for Solution Delivery: Define and integrate delivery methods (Applications, BPO, Consulting, Digital, Infrastructure) to create comprehensive solutions, collaborating with Enterprise Architects and delivery organizationsPartner & Analyst Relationship Management: Manage provider-specific partner and analyst relationships, overseeing product life cycles and ensuring alignment with market needsKnowledge Development: Foster expertise within provider domains and matrixed delivery teams, supporting ongoing knowledge growth across the verticalInvestment Management: Collaborate with the Client Growth Office and other NTT DATA teams to develop and manage solution investments, from proposal to ROI fulfillmentSales Support & Industry Insights: Participate in sales pursuits as an industry SME, review solutions, and offer insights to enhance client responsesExternal Representation: Present NTT DATA’s capabilities and perspectives at industry forums, conferences, and through white papers authored by the Industry Solutions GroupIdeal Skillset:Proven ability to develop industry solutions in healthcare, collaborating with cross-functional teams1Strong communication skills to articulate NTT DATA’s value proposition to clients and stakeholdersDeep knowledge of digital, AI, and emerging technologiesExperience across multiple industries, with an understanding of business trends and the impact of technologyTrack record of influencing C-level executives and defining transformation roadmaps aligned to business outcomesAbility to deliver integrated solutions by working across diverse teamsActive participation in external marketing events and publicationsExperience aligning R&D investments to deliver next-generation capabilitiesStrategic planning skills to enable client and industry growthExpertise in shaping future offerings based on market and client trendsAbility to discuss industry challenges and NTT DATA’s solutions with analyst firmsExperience in Canadian domains: Provincial, Municipal, Federal Government, Higher Education, and HealthcareRequired Qualifications10+ years in Information Technology, with a focus on digital and enterprise transformation8 years of experience in the Healthcare Provider segment5 years developing solutions and products within the healthcare domainBachelor’s degree or 10 years of industry experiencePreferences5 years of experience in the Canadian market, including Federal, Provincial, and Municipal governments, Higher Education, and Healthcare clients.NTT DATA is committed to driving innovation and excellence in healthcare.
