Were looking for a Marketing Specialist who thrives on turning great ideas into great results.This role combines creativity and communication with a strong focus on project management coordinating multiple detailed marketing initiatives across digital, social, and traditional channels.Youll be the go-to person who keeps marketing projects on track ensuring deadlines are met, assets are delivered, and campaigns run smoothly from concept to completion.Working closely with the home office sales and marketing team, communities, and vendor partners, youll manage timelines, content approvals, and performance reporting while helping maintain a consistent, high-quality brand presence across all platforms.This position is perfect for someone who enjoys being at the center of the action a natural organizer who also loves creative work.Youll have the chance to collaborate on a wide range of projects: updating website and Google listings, coordinating photo and video shoots, supporting digital advertising efforts, and helping analyze campaign performance.Every project you manage will contribute directly to connecting families with communities where their loved ones can thrive.What Youll Do: As our Marketing Specialist, youll bring structure to our marketing efforts, streamline workflows, and make sure every campaign tells the Heritage story with clarity and impact by: Driving Digital Marketing & Content Strategy: Managing day-to-day oversight for website content, digital content, social media, and traditional marketing efforts.Developing and overseeing content marketing strategies that complement and support sales objectives.Working with communities and the VP of Sales & Marketing (VPSM) to create videos that support current marketing and recruitment campaigns.Managing frequent updates to Google My Business pages for all communities to maintain accuracy and visibility.Analyzing Performance & Generating Leads: Tracking, analyzing, and reporting to the VPSM on the overall progress of online and traditional marketing campaigns, as well as CRM data.Collecting and analyzing campaign data, synthesizing results, and identifying actionable opportunities and standard methodologies to improve campaign performances.Identifying trends in data that will lead to an increase in lead generation.Supporting marketing automation efforts, assisting with material and content development as well as monitoring analytics.Supporting Brand, Design & Communication: Managing online reputation, including the generation of, and responses to, reviews on multiple platforms.Collaborating with communities, vendors, and supervisor to identify marketing needs and opportunities.Occasional assistance with graphic design specific to digital marketing assets (e.g., email, display ads, landing pages) and print collateral materials.Supporting branding efforts as needed, including selecting and purchasing of promotional and print materials.
