Job Description

Small enough to care. Big enough to deliver. The Private Wealth & Fiduciary Advisor has a client book consisting of both fiduciary and non-fiduciary accounts. Is responsible for the relationship management and administration for: Personal Trusts, Estates, Conservatorships, Investment Agencies, Financial Powers of Attorney, and Escrows. Manages accounts and effectively communicates with customers of related accounts through effective coordination of the client service team (investments, planning, administration, operations). Reviews account documents to ensure the fulfillment of legal requirements.Maintains ongoing client contact to assess needs and proactively assist with financial objectives, including coordinating annual client meetings with client service team.Reviews all incoming client correspondence and ensures appropriate action is taken.Coordinates paperwork for new account relationships/assets in coordination with the trust accounting system.Provides ongoing monitoring of the account, coordinating with investment management team to ensure client account is managed within the scope of its investment objective.Oversees administration of account as appropriate with type of account which may include: reviewing and approving expenditures, submitting recommendations for discretionary distributions, and other account administration activities.Ensures adherence to trust policy in the ongoing administration of the account.Handles communication and documentation related to client accounts. Maintains familiarity with client account statements, histories, objectives. Assists clients with a variety of issues.
