As a Universal Banker, you will have the opportunity to deliver excellent experiences for customers and prospects. In addition to assisting with everyday transacations, you will support customers with their financial wellness by having needs-based conversations, identifying appropriate solutions. Depending on your experience, you may be considered for either a Universal Banker I or II position.Drive proactive needs-based sales conversations through interactions, including service to sales, teller interactions and appointment settingAssist customers financially by delivering loan products, while ensuring packages are correct and complet to minimize exceptionsIdentify opportunities and make referrals, cross-sell banking products and services to other areas of the bankEducate customers on options for managing transactions using technology and all other tools and resources availableApply product and service knowledge to effectively solve customer problemsProcess deposits, withdrawals, and other routine transactions with accuracy and confidentialityEnsure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies1+ year of previous banking experience is requiredDemonstrated analytical, accuracy, and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written interpersonal communication skillsPreferred Knowledge and Skills:NMLS licenseCurrent Notary Public CertificationMust be able to pass a criminal background and credit checkThis is a full-time, non-remote positionFLSA Status: Non-ExemptReady to take your career to the next level?
