We are looking for a Senior Design Director who will bring best practice visual identity to all Coach campaigns, from site to Youtube to OOH, driving best practice creative design to help Coach stand out in category.The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Creative Studio to drive- Vision & Strategy: Lead powerful design strategies and systems for products and campaigns.- Campaign Execution: Oversee and execute projects from conception to completion, providing creative direction and guidance to the team, driving best practice design principles across all outputs, including video editing, motion and digital direction.- Design Leadership: Lead an existing team of video editors and designers, work cross functionally with Ecomm designers and build a network of freelance motion and VFX contributors.- Present & Promote: Champion Design to cross functional teams, articulating the
