Qualifications & Experience About You + 6 months u2013 1 year experience working in ticketing/admissions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred. + Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality. + Excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests. + Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces. + Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills to remedy guest questions or concerns. + Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
