Whatu2019s a typical day as Wireline/Telecom Specialist? Youu2019ll be: u2022 Processing and tracking wireline MACD (Move Add Change Delete) order requests, ensuring timely completion. u2022 Communicating with clients, engineers, contracting personnel, and vendors to bridge gaps and resolve potential order delay issues. u2022 Utilizing our online portal to manage workflow and working in client/carrier portals to place and track orders.
