Hotel Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with upkeep and maintenance of the Hotel - Must be available for an 8 am - 4 pm shift - previous Hotel/apartment, Building Maintenance, or construction Laborer Helpful.Responsibilities:Troubleshooting/repair/cleaning of electrical/mechanical systems to include HVAC/PTAC & Plumbing.Conducting an ongoing preventative maintenance program.General Houseman Duties.Painting and touch-up.Floor Cleaning.Review, prioritize, and complete daily work orders.Daily inspections of the property to identify potential and current needs.Coordinating with local health, fire, and building inspectors to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.Servicing Hotels' outdoor pool, ensuring daily testing is completed, and chemicals are within the standard.Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.Experience installing and troubleshooting electrical switches, PTACS, and HVAC units, as well as drywall repair, plumbing repairs, etc.CPO and CFC certified a plus.Reliable transportation.Previous Hotel/Apartment/Strip mall, Maintenance experience a Must.Other tasks assigned by Management or property Owners.
