Description Paralegal - Bankruptcy, Matrimonial Law & Commercial Litigation (Hybrid)Location: NYC (Hybrid - Work from Home Mondays & Fridays)Type: Permanent or Temp-to-PermSalary: Temp: $33-$34/hour Arespectedlawfirmpracticingbankruptcy,matrimoniallaw,andcommerciallitigationisseekingaskilledParalegalwith2+yearsofexperienceinFamilylaw(willtrainonbankruptcyifnoexp)tojointheirteam.Thisroleoffersflexibility,withahybridworkschedule(remoteMondaysandFridays),andtheopportunityforeitheradirecthireoratemp-to-permarrangement. Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with cases in bankruptcy, matrimonial law, and commercial litigation Draft and maintain corporate minutes, reports, interrogatories, and pleadings Support litigation processes, including e-filing, discovery, and case management Perform document review and legal research as needed Maintain and organize case files and ensure deadlines are met Requirements: 4-5 years of paralegal experience, with exposure to bankruptcy and litigation Computer savvy - comfortable using legal software and case management tools Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team HOW TO APPLY: Please complete this application and submit your resume and cover letter to .
