Position Overview We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to join our marketing team. This is a key position within the marketing department requiring a talented creative professional to support our brands across many touchpoints. You’ll collaborate closely with consumer and digital marketing professionals to bring our brand and product marketing to life across physical and digital media. We seek someone with big-picture ideas and an ability to roll-up their sleeves and execute at any level.This role reports into the Marketing Brand Creative Director.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the marketing team to concept and create consumer facing, B2B, and internal assets to support business and marketing objectives.Lead the timely creation and delivery of assets across a variety of channelsDigital assets: email, organic social media, paid social and digital ads, banner ads, digital billboards/out of homeEcommerce assets: Product detail page assets, website Figma designs/mockupsPrint assets: Print ads, packaging, direct mail/postcards, flyers, lookbooks/catalogs, billboards/out of home, step and repeats, event/activation collateralPresentation assets: PowerPoint and other presentationsRetail store assets: Store signage, other in-store collateralCreate or manage freelancers to create video assets:Sizzle reels, video ads, social media video edits, b-roll website videosLight animation skills needed. Manage motion for digital ads and video. Manage freelancers on more extensive After Effects/motion graphics as neededAI creative: Experiment with AI tools to create digital assets. Constantly challenge yourself to explore how AI can enhance creative, drive efficiency and cost-effective productionSupport photography team, help with post-production process including mark ups, minor retouching, color correction, AI photography extensionsManage brand guidelines. Ensure brand consistency across touchpoints and efforts. Lead brand identity evolutions when needed. Lead brand identity creation for new ventures. Steward brand identity overall and keep the company’s stable of brands relevant and strongDevelop and maintain an asset library to ensure brand consistency and creative organization. Use naming conventions to organize assetsBe open to data-driven feedback and creative optimizations to drive KPIsEnsure creative is wholesome and appropriate for the kids & family space. Adhere to safety guidelines and high standards of excellence & compliance in all creative expressionsQualificationsPosition is hybrid, in NYC office at least 3-4X a week.7-10+ years of experience working at an agency or as an in-house creative.Must have creative experience in retail.Omnichannel experience is needed. Must have creative experience working with or for a direct-to-consumer brand or for ecommerce.Experience in the kids and family space a plus.Must have experience creating for both brand and performance marketing efforts/channels.Ability to multi-task and work on more than one brand at once.Ability to work across both print and digital media.
