Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager of Affiliate Growth & Optimizations plays a critical role in supporting the growth of CNBC Select’s affiliate revenue through link and network optimizations, commission rate improvements, and day-to-day affiliate partner management. This role focuses on executing affiliate strategy and operations within the financial product and personal finance review space (, credit cards, investing, tax, insurance, loans).The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial commerce, ideally at an established personal finance publisher or major affiliate network. This position reports to the Senior Director of Compliance & Growth Initiatives.This is a hands-on role requiring a self-starter with strong analytical skills, the ability to manage cross-functional relationships, and a solid understanding of affiliate business models.
