The RoleAs a Software Automation Engineer, you will be working on a rapidly growing software QA tool. Your primary focus will be to leverage your deep automation expertise to support and improve this tool, while actively collaborating with our diverse client base to integrate cutting-edge testing solutions. This role requires a high degree of independence, meticulous attention to detail, and a strict adherence to deadlines. What Youll Do:Test Automation Execution: Drive end-to-end UI and API automation efforts, primarily utilizing Playwright with TypeScript, focusing on maximizing test coverage, reliability, and efficiency.Pipeline Management: Manage, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD test pipelines (e.g., in tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions), ensuring fast, stable, and reliable test execution.Manual & Regression Testing: Execute detailed manual testing for new feature acceptance and regression cycles, providing comprehensive, actionable feedback to development teams.Defect Management: Triage, report, and manage the complete lifecycle of defects and issues using bug-tracking systems, with specific expertise in Jira.Client Integration & Consulting: Collaborate directly with clients to seamlessly integrate automation frameworks and pipelines into their development workflows and provide expert consultation on QA best practices.Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate release readiness, test coverage strategy, and deployment validation with cross-functional teams, including Development, Product Management.Documentation: Contribute to the creation, organization, and maintenance of clear, comprehensive technical documentation related to automation strategy, pipelines, and client implementations.What We Expect From You:C1+ written and spoken English2+ years working as a QA Automation Engineer or equivalentExpertise in Playwright and TypeScript (or similar modern JavaScript framework/language)Proven experience designing and implementing API testing solutions.Strong understanding of software QA best practices and testing methodologies.Demonstrated experience with defect tracking and project management tools, particularly Jira.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.Experience working in Agile development environments.Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.What You Will Get In Return:Competitive compensation and benefitsFlexible work arrangementsOpportunities for professional growth and career developmentInclusive, supportive culture built on empathy and respectA chance to collaborate with global partners and diverse teamsCompany Culture Is At Our CorennCore values give our work intention and our culture its edge.
