We’re seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join a local business. You will keep the referral pipeline, CRM systems, and PEX card program running smoothly. What You’ll Do Manage referral intake from Slack/Teams and create job files in CRM (Dash/Luxor). Track jobs from referral through completion, ensuring data accuracy. Oversee PEX card lifecycle: funding, activation, replacement, reconciliation, and master log maintenance. Handle W-9 collection, receipts, and compliance documentation. Generate weekly reports on referrals, contact times, pipeline status, and payouts. Collaborate with the Plumber Representative on hand-offs, appreciation boxes, and CRM integrity. What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Experience with CRM systems and financial reconciliation. Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly.
