Responsibilities: u2022 Provide comprehensive desktop support across multiple locations, addressing hardware and software issues to maintain operational efficiency. u2022 Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems, including Apple devices, Dell technologies, and other hardware. u2022 Manage and support Active Directory environments, ensuring secure and efficient user access. u2022 Utilize Cisco and Citrix technologies to support network and remote access solutions. u2022 Implement and oversee backup technologies to safeguard data and ensure recovery capabilities. u2022 Perform configuration management tasks to ensure systems are properly set up and maintained. u2022 Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and deliver timely solutions. u2022 Conduct routine system checks and provide proactive maintenance to prevent disruptions. u2022 Document technical processes and solutions for reference and training purposes. u2022 Support database-related tasks, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in desktop support, with expertise in resolving hardware and software issues. u2022 Proficiency in managing Active Directory environments, including user account administration. u2022 Strong knowledge of Cisco and Citrix technologies for network and remote access support. u2022 Familiarity with Apple devices and Dell technologies, including troubleshooting and configuration. u2022 Experience with backup technologies and data recovery processes. u2022 Skill in configuration management to ensure optimal system performance. u2022 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Excellent communication and documentation skills to clearly convey technical information.
