Pharmaceutical Client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with deep technical expertise and a strong consulting mindset. This role requires hands-on experience across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and a robust understanding of Salesforce best practices and design principles. You will play a key role in delivering complex Salesforce solutions, primarily on Experience Cloud and related platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable and maintainable solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow BuilderAnalyze business requirements and translate them into high-quality technical solutions within SalesforceContribute to technical architecture design, especially around Experience and Health Cloud implementationsBuild and support an LWR Experience Cloud site / Mobile Publisher app with custom LWC components and integrations with third-party systemsApply Salesforce development lifecycle best practices including version control, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CDImplement solutions leveraging Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud data models with sharing rules and role hierarchies aligned with Salesforce security architectureTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecksTechnical Skills & ExperienceCore Salesforce Development:5+ years of hands-on development with Apex and LWCAdvanced proficiency in Flow Builder, including record-triggered, scheduled, and screen flowsDeep understanding of Salesforce metadata, deployment tools, and DevOps processes (e.g., SFDX, Git)Familiarity with Experience Cloud site configuration, customization, and guest user access controlExperience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and MuleSoftStrong knowledge of Salesforce sharing architecture, role hierarchy, object and field-level security, and login flowsPreferred Experience:Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud implementationsHands-on experience with Salesforce CMS or Adobe CMSExposure to Salesforce Mobile PublisherPreferred CertificationsSalesforce Certified JavaScript Developer ISalesforce Certified Platform Developer IISalesforce Certified Advanced AdministratorSalesforce Certified Experience Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Certified Service Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility ArchitectSalesforce Certified Data Architect
