Job DescriptionJOB DESCRIPTION:As the AR Supervisor - Collections, you’ll support the Accounts Receivable functions by monitoring performance and assisting with issue resolution and exception handling. You’ll interact with the offshore BPO and internal teams and use your keen attention to detail to support financial operations.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the collections team to meet performance targetsMonitor team productivity and provide coaching and feedbackCollaborate with the cash application and other departments to resolve disputes and issuesReview collections processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiencyGenerate and analyze reports on AR aging, collections performance and KPIsAssist with month-end closing activities and audits by providing necessary documentationReview past due AR reporting to ensure commentary provided as necessaryQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field required. 4+ years of experience preferred. Team supervisory or management experience preferred.Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and AR automation toolsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiencyAdditional InformationFortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $55,000 USD - $88,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
