Job Title: Lithography Process EngineerJob Description As a Lithography Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in customer demonstrations of next-generation electron beam lithography capabilities and in enabling new applications. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute process experiments, analyze wafer data, and support system demonstrations. Responsibilities + Operate semiconductor lithography and metrology equipment in a cleanroom environment. + Develop and inspect patterned wafers. + Coordinate metrology with internal and external partners. + Analyze data and generate reports and presentations. + Plan and execute lab experiments. + Manage stock of process materials. + Maintain technical documentation. + Recommend procedural improvements. + Travel domestically and internationally to customer and partner sites (25u201335%). Essential Skills + Hands-on experience operating semiconductor process equipment, especially lithography tools. + Strong understanding of lithography processes, metrology, and materials. + Experience optimizing wafer fabrication processes and applying statistical methods (DOE, SPC). + Cleanroom experience including wet chemical handling and wafer processing. + Ability to troubleshoot lab hardware and install new equipment. + Comfort working with new equipment and evolving procedures. + Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Graduate degree in a semiconductor-related field. + Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in semiconductor process engineering. Work Environment Located in Santa Clara, CA, this role requires 25u201335% domestic and international travel. Work is performed in a cleanroom environment, requiring adherence to cleanroom protocols and standards.
