Door Shop Fabricator Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a Door Shop Fabricator responsible for the fabrication of interior and exterior doors and door frames. This role involves woodworking, craftsmanship, and safe operation of power tools to support efficient and high-quality production. Key Responsibilities Fabricate interior and exterior doors and door frames following quality and safety standards Safely operate table saws, routers, chop saws, radial arm saws, and nail guns Locate, stage, and prepare materials for delivery or customer pickup Communicate with team members and customers to resolve fabrication issues Perform frequent physical activities including standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, and crouching Lift and carry 75-100 lbs with assistance Key Expectations Maintain strong attention to detail and quality Work safely and efficiently in a high-energy production environment Support team operations and assist across the department when needed Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and strong communication skills Qualifications 1-2 years of warehouse or production experience Skilled with power tools and basic machinery Comfortable operating saws and other woodworking equipment Forklift experience preferred; lumber yard experience a plus Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
