HHAs provide essential personal care and homemaking services to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and safety.Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting- Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation- Support mobility and transfers using safe techniques- Observe and report changes in client condition to nursing staff- Document services provided in accordance with agency protocols- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional standards- Serve PASSPORT and Personal Care clients under supervision of RN/DONQualifications- Completion of HHA training program or equivalent experience- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care preferred- Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and staff- Must pass background check and drug screening- Reliable transportation for local travelSchedule & Work Environment- Flexible shifts available (day, evening, weekend)- Local travel within Franklin County and surrounding areas- Supportive team environment with opportunities for growthHow to ApplyEmail your resume to: Call: 614-585-8008 or 614-585-8006Visit: [
