This position will be responsible fordirecting activities related to psychometrics, data systems andmanagement, applied quantitative research, and technical assistance.This role will oversee a team whose activities include conductingpsychometric review and evaluation of WIDA's assessments, managingWIDA's comprehensive data warehouse and assessment database systems,directing research projects applying psychometric, quantitative, andmixed methodologies, and leading technical assistance activitiessupporting WIDA states, and collaborating to ensure the consortium meetrigorous standards for peer review. The Director of Psychometrics andResearch will serve as a subject matter expert in these areas forWIDA's internal and external stakeholders. This position directs theidentification and implementation of research design, studies, andcommunicates findings in a variety of venues, including nationalconference presentations, research reports, and professionalpublications.
