Overview Successful candidates will be part of a dive team that utilizes both scuba and surface supplied diving. Electric Boat Divers perform a wide range of activities related to underwater ships husbandry specific to the submarine industry under all weather conditions. The Diver will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that include but are not limited to construction, water borne maintenance and repair work throughout the shipyard. Divers use a multitude of hydraulic, pneumatic, and hand held tools. When not diving, divers perform regular maintenance of their diving equipment and perform carpenter work as needed. Traveling to various sites may be required per job/task.
