Workday Absence and Time Tracking - Senior Consultant/PrincipalJob Title:Senior Consultant or PrincipalWho You’ll Work WithSlalom Workday Consultants work in partnership with our clients to ensure maximum value out of their Workday investment.Workday consultants serve as subject matter experts in a variety of strategic and high-impact projects, guiding clients from strategic planning to implementation and sustainment. You will also support Workday customers at every stage of the lifecycle including early strategy and selection, implementation, and ensuring continued success after go-live. Our Workday Advisory capability partners with our clients to deliver Workday strategy and readiness, implementation support, and optimization and road mapping.What You’ll DoWorks with clients to understand strategic objectives related to HR technology including employee experience, business processes, data strategy, and service deliveryAct as a client advocate and trusted adviserResponsible for Workday implementations and Post-Production optimizationsSolution advanced client requirements into Workday functionalityConfigure and implement Workday solutions to meet client requirementsDocument requirements and configuration for client deliveryDemonstrate product knowledge through advisory guidance to both internal stakeholders and clientsCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand challenges and Workday-related project requestsPrepare and present educational Workday content and proposed solutions to clientsStay current with Workday product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape for continuous developmentCollaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver holistic and coordinated solutionsContribute to practice growth by leading and participating in internal initiativesWhat You’ll BringStrong competency in absence and time tracking domains (payroll a plus).5 years of Workday functional implementation and/or optimization experienceWorkday certifications in Absence and Time Tracking.Ability to travel up to 25%, as neededExcellent written and oral communications skillsAbout UsSlalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company. For this position, the base salary pay range for a Senior Consultant is $110,000-203,000. For this position, the base salary pay range for a Principal is $122,000-225,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
