A sweet young family in NYC is seeking one or two fantastic NCS's, available immediately, to help assist with their newborn triplets. The family is seeking a 4-6 month contract, but are open to candidates with fantastic multiple/preemie experience who are not available for the full term. The family is flexible on the schedule- they would be happy to have one person who prefers to do the full 20/7 schedule, or two people to switch off days/nights. They are also open to a 6 day schedule, an 18/7 schedule, or anything else that works well for the ideal candidates.Prioritizing safety of the newborns at all timesCreating and maintaining a schedule that the family can follow as wellAll aspects of providing attentive and nurturing newborn care, including feeding and bathingBaby laundry, bottle/pump part cleaning and sanitizing, and cleaning of toys and other baby itemsProvide recommendations for nursery items and daily routines, while respecting parents preferencesMaintain a calm and supportive environmentMaintain a log of pertinent information, including noting feedings and diaper changes, to ensure continuityof careTrustworthy, reliable, and an effective communicatorAn easygoing and warm attitudeTeam player- able to work with a co-NCS and very involved parentsHands-on and resourceful, but also knows when to give the family spaceTrue love for and passion about working with babiesUS work authorizationUp-to-date on vaccinations- flu, RSV, Covid, TDap, MMRExcellent verifiable referencesExtensive previous experience with multiples and premature infantsOpen rate, depending on schedule!
