Tool Room Clerk - Iberville - D115 Pay: 18.00 - 25.00/hr Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm / Monday - Friday Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring for a Tool Room Clerk Responsibilities: Tracking and ordering inventory of consumables and tools. Maintaining, troubleshooting, and performing repairs on tools such as grinders, sanders, roll motors, plugs, and other electrically or pneumatically operated tools, etc. Monitoring, maintaining, restocking inventory levels, and knowing when to reorder materials. Distributing proper consumables and tools to the appropriate team members. Conducting regular inventory checks to ensure the availability and accuracy of materials. Processing and handling purchase orders, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery. Cleaning and organizing the tool room area. Qualifications: Prior experience in a quality control, fabrication or industrial environment is helpful, with a strong knowledge of consumables and pneumatic tools and repair/maintenance of pneumatic tools. Familiarity with the distribution and tracking of tools and consumables. Ability to manage purchasing processes, track inventory, and work with vendors to ensure timely supply replenishment. Reliable and punctual work ethic. Experience in an ASME environment is a plus. Good organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail is a MUST.
