Administrative Warehouse Clerk Job Summary: A large third-party logistics and distribution facility is looking for an Administrative Warehouse Clerk Administrative to support all the material movement and inventory control for their customers: Administrative Warehouse Clerk Responsibilities: Support all administrative tasks related to the shipping, receiving, and inventory control process Answering and directing phone calls Manage email flow, check in drivers, dispatch carriers Manage appointment schedule for all in bound loads, coordinate trailer off loads, and verify paperwork Schedule & Pay: 7:00am-3:30pm potential for Saturdays with overtime $18/HR or more DOE Administrative Warehouse Clerk Qualifications: Customer Friendly Experience with BOL’s Shipping and Receiving knowledge and or experience helpful Synapse, AX, or Maves knowledge would be helpful Previous shipping clerk or relevant office/warehouse experience Strong Data Entry with good accuracy Proven history of good attendance Apply Now!
