The Information Security Compliance Analyst is expected to work with the GDI Performance Management team to ensure documentation, processes and policies up to date and adopted. **Required Skills & Experience:** + BS + Experience with Cybersecurity and Information Security + Understanding of the NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, DFARS desired but not required + Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols + Fundamental understanding of security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc. + Ability to communicate security issues to peers, management, customers, and end-users. + Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. + US Citizens with ability to obtain a US security clearance if needed. **Desired Skills and Experience:** + Knowledge of standards and requirements with application security + Knowledge and expertise in projects of risk, information security and environment management + A strong multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail + Organized and thrive in fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** **Primary Responsibilities:** + Support federal compliance initiatives. + Support design and development of process and documentation in support of CMMC and related efforts. + Maintain business relationships with interested parties on information security requirements. + Support additional/related GDI Performance Management related initiatives in ad-hoc capacity **Additional Responsibilities:** + Collaboration with other Oracle One Federal teams US Veteran transitioning from active service or Military Spouse new to corporate experience preferred About the Company: For more than four decades, Oracle has delivered innovations that have helped build entire industries.
