This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can work independently to meet sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and positively represent the company's values and brand.Support new commercial customer onboarding activities, including account signup and creation, service agreement setup, and payment processingWork with customers to make changes to accounts, including service increases and decreases, increasing or decreasing container sizes, changing service days, etc.Negotiate price increases and support customer retention activitiesFacilitate service agreement renewal processResolve billing discrepancies and collections issuesHandle service requests and resolve service issuesManage lost account transition processProvide accurate and detailed information about the company's services, pricing, and promotions to potential and existing customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and exceptional customer service.Manage difficult customer situations and respond promptly to service requests to meet customer commitmentsStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growthWork quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environmentAble to deal with frequent changes in the work environment throughout company expansionAdditional duties as assignedHigh school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred)Proven inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B sales environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong negotiation and closing skillsAbility to work independently to meet sales targetsProficiency in using CRM systems and other sales toolsAbility to build and maintain relationships with customersSelf-motivated, organized, and detail-orientedKnowledge of waste management or related industry is a plusStrong technical/computer skills, including MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to work comfortably and professionally in a dynamic and collaborative environmentAbility to work a flexible schedule, including overtime or at alternative facility locations, to meet business and workgroup needsFluency in English required; bilingual Spanish or Mandarin is a plusThis job description is intended to be an accurate representation of the general functions of the job, rather than exhaustive list of duties, responsibilities, or experience.
