We are growing and in search of a IT Systems Manager to join our team!Our Company currently operates more than 20 women’s healthcare private practices across MI, IL, AL, CO, MS, MO, GA, and TN and is a portfolio company of Shore Capital Partners. The Manager, Procurement, Real Estate & Facilities is responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of operational functions including procurement of medical equipment and supplies, managing vendor relationships, development of purchasing processes, policies and workflows, and real estate lease management. This role ensures organizational needs are met efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with compliance and strategic goals.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.Affiliate Practice IntegrationSupport IT integration efforts for newly affiliated healthcare practices, including conducting assessments, contributing to onboarding plans, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.Maintain standardized integration checklists, timelines, and communication workflows.Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to ensure technology readiness and alignment with organizational goals.Provide on-site oversight of vendor activities during onboarding as needed.Managed Service Provider (MSP) ManagementServe as the primary liaison between the organization and the corporate MSP.Oversee daily MSP operations including ticket management, escalations, patching, monitoring, and incident response.Track MSP performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual expectations.Conduct weekly and monthly service review meetings to evaluate performance,identifyimprovement opportunities, and ensure continuous service quality.Coordinate strategic IT initiatives with the MSP, including infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity enhancements, and technology refresh cycles.Systems Oversight & OperationsOversee the performance, stability, andsecurity ofcritical IT systems including enterprise applications, network infrastructure, endpoints, telephony, and cloud services.Monitor system uptime and coordinate proactive maintenance to ensure high availability and minimal disruption to clinical operations.Assistin the development and maintenance of IT policies, SOPs, and best practices related to system usage, security, and incident response.Ensuresystems and processes meet HIPAA and other healthcare regulatory requirements.RequiredEducationandExperience:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, orrelatedfield (orequivalent experience).5+ years of IT management or senior IT operations experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.RequiredKnowledge,Skills,andAbilities:Excellent communication, project management, andvendor managementskills.Excellentorganizationandcommunicationskills.Strong knowledge of IT system infrastructure, including networking, servers, routers, switches,andfirewalls.Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Entra ID, Intune, Azure, Office 365, and related cloud and security services.Knowledge of healthcare systems (EHR/EMR), HIPAA, and security best practices preferred.Travel: Up to 40% US based, to practicelocations;overnight travelrequired.Some travel isrequiredwith short notice and may require weekend, late morning, or late evening travel
