Occupational Therapist (OT) u2013 California Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in California. In this role, you will evaluate clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality occupational therapy services that empower patients to achieve their highest level of independence and functionality. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and ensure all documentation aligns with the established plan of care. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct comprehensive client evaluations to determine functional abilities and therapy needs. + Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals. + Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills, motor function, and overall quality of life. + Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs. + Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards. + Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Minimum Requirements: + Licensure: Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of California. + Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. + Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of professional OT experience preferred. + Certifications: + Current CPR certification (if applicable) + TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (as required) + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements. + Must be at least 18 years of age.
