VCA Aviara Animal Hospital i s looking for a full-time experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team We are located in beautiful Carlsbad, CA. Location: 6986 El Camino Real d, Carlsbad, CA 92009 In this position, you will be supporting our Doctors and Technician team by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients. Duties will include: u2022 Maintaining medical records. u2022 Preparing the surgical suite and surgical patients. u2022 Filling prescriptions. u2022 Performing laboratory work and diagnostic imaging. u2022 Providing compassionate care and a home away from home for boarded and hospitalized pets.
