Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Human Resources & Digital Marketing Specialist. This unique role combines HR expertise with creative digital marketing skills to support both our people and our brand. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Duties: · Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and new hire orientation. · Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. · Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and performance management programs. · Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment. · Serve as a point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution. Digital Marketing Duties: · Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). · Create engaging content (graphics, videos, posts) to promote brand awareness and attract customers. · Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics; adjust strategies for optimal results. · Manage website updates and ensure SEO best practices are applied. · Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals. --- Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). · 1-3 years of experience in HR and/or digital marketing roles. · Strong understanding of HR compliance and employment laws. · Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools, and basic graphic design. · Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
