Front Office & Patient Experience Coordinator About the Role Our client, an integrative medical clinic in the Camas area, is seeking a warm, organized, people-centered team member to serve as their Front Office & Patient Experience Coordinator — the welcoming presence and Guardian of the First Impression. This role blends hospitality, communication, scheduling, and front-of-house operations to create a peaceful, professional environment where patients feel cared for from the moment they walk in. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering the chance to join a mission-driven wellness practice. Schedule & Compensation Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hours: 24-32 hours per week Employment Type: Part-Time, Temp-to-Hire Pay: $22-26 per hour DOE Key Responsibilities Patient Communication & Scheduling Answer and return patient phone calls, emails, and text messages Serve as the gatekeeper of incoming communication Assist new patients with onboarding, scheduling, and waitlist coordination Manage daily flow and appointment schedule in Jane (practice management system) Support smooth transitions between rooms and providers Front Desk & Administrative Support Check out patients and collect payments Schedule follow-up visits Maintain accurate patient records and billing codes in Jane Send/receive faxes to labs, pharmacies, and providers Assist with front-desk organization and workflow Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: Radiates warmth and professionalism — you set the tone for the patient experience Thrives on organization — you love systems, schedules, and keeping things running smoothly Communicates clearly and compassionately — both in person and across multiple channels Is detail-oriented — especially when it comes to scheduling, billing, and patient records Works well independently and as part of a team — you're s
