Our partners are physicians, allied health clinicians and other employees of AdventHealth. The role you'll contribute: This role maintains respectful relationships with all students. Responsibilities for this role include ensuring the effective delivery of course content and fostering an engaging learning environment. Adjunct professor job responsibilities include syllabus and class preparation, academic instruction, availability to students for consultation and evaluation of student's performance (grading papers, exams, projects, etc.), prompt communication with students about performance on assignments, and submission of final grades to registrar's office. The value you'll bring to the team: + Performs other duties as assigned. + Participates in course content meetings. + Collaborates with the course coordinator to maintain the integrity of the curriculum. + Facilitates course content in accordance with the stated objectives. + Maintains high standards of excellence in online facilitation and serves as a role model for students in professional interactions. + Facilitates individual and group learning goals. Qualifications - External Qualifications The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Master's degree A minimum of 18 graduate-level semester hours of credit in the discipline(s) being taught.
