Job Description

Overview The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across studio facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. Ensures equipment, stages, and production spaces remain safe, functional, and compliant. Provides timely response to maintenance requests, supports production schedules, and upholds high standards of reliability in a fast-paced studio environment. Shifts: + Tuesday 10:30 AM to 9 PM + Wednesday 1:30 PM to Midnight + Thursday 1:30 PM to Midnight + Saturday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM All these shifts (4 x 10 hours), depending on active production, have the potential for overtime. Pay: $22.00- 23.00 an hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. For information about ABMu2019s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits Front Line Team Members ( (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) Basic Qualifications : u2022 Must be 18 years of age or older u2022 Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license u2022 High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required Preferred Qualifications : u2022 One (1) year of prior HVAC o mechanical technician experience is preferred u2022 One (1) year of prior lead or supervisory experience is preferred Responsibilities : u2022 Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts u2022 Handle heavy workload of calls u2022 Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return u2022 Manage workload and job scheduling u2022 Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork u2022 Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs) u2022 Keep manager informed of customer feedback u2022 Communicate effectively and promptly u2022 Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client, customer and team u2022 Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the Company u2022 When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups u2022 Report team performance issues to the Supervisor #200 A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
