Description We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media and Content Specialist to join our team on a contract basis for 2-3 months, with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will help execute an established social media strategy, contribute to brand growth across global markets, and maintain a dynamic content calendar. This hybrid position combines on-site work in Seattle, Washington, with remote flexibility, offering an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact for a growing brand. Responsibilities: u2022 Implement and manage the organization's pre-existing social media strategy with a focus on Instagram. u2022 Assist in launching new regional Instagram accounts tailored to global market expansion. u2022 Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for the brand to engage effectively with online communities. u2022 Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent and relevant posting. u2022 Create visually compelling and engaging content using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. u2022 Collaborate with team members to refine social media strategies and optimize execution. u2022 Analyze social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and actionable insights. u2022 Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and storytelling objectives. u2022 Work proactively to solve challenges and enhance the overall social media strategy. u2022 Contribute fresh ideas to strengthen the brand's online presence and community engagement. Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm PST Location: Hybrid role, 3 days on site in Seattle, 2 days remote Length: 2-3 months with potential to extend Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media for a recognizable brand. u2022 Expertise in Instagram and a strong understanding of social media platforms. u2022 Ability to identify current online trends and adapt strategies accordingly. u2022 Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proactive approach to improving social media execution. u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. u2022 Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation. u2022 Passion for brand storytelling and developing engaging content. u2022 Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars and meet deadlines.
