Apply Today Job Summary and Qualifications JOB SUMMARY The Application Analyst II serves as a cross-functional expert combining the analytical rigor of a Business Analyst, the technical depth of an Application Analyst, and the product-centric focus of a Product Analyst. This role is responsible for supporting, implementing, and optimizing applications and services owned by the Custom Application & Research Development (CARD) team. The analyst will facilitate communication between stakeholders, prioritize work based on business value, and lead small projects and initiatives. They will also produce documentation, support training efforts, and ensure compliance and performance of CARD tools. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. The Application Analyst II provides hands-on expertise, serving as an internal subject matter expert for implementing applications owned by Custom Application & Research Department (CARD) using Service Central/Service Now platform and staying abreast of enterprise policies and procedure as they change within the implementation environment. They will produce help guides, training manuals, or other documentation supporting CARD owned products and services. This role will triage issues and bugs u2013 escalating issues for continued support when issues arise outside their span of control.
