What You’ll Do The Studio Manager works closely with both the local and Corporate Perspire Management teams to set the tone and model Perspire’s mission, vision, and values. As part of the local leadership team, this role is vital in helping to support team members in achieving studio goals while ensuring that operations run smoothly and guests are leaving feeling better than when they arrived. The primary responsibilities are in two categories, studio operation and customer services and membership sales. Lead, inspire, and coach a high-performing team to deliver outstanding results. Engage directly with guests, creating an exceptional, spa-like experience every visit. Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth processes and a fun, professional atmosphere. Drive sales and service performance, consistently meeting and exceeding goals.
